CLASSESThe classes are suitable for all ages and all levels, from complete beginners to advanced students. All students practice together, simply practising at their own pace, we practice a series of yogic postures suitable for all levels. We practice standing postures (asana) and floor postures to increase strength and flexibility. We also practice meditation at the beginning and end of class to help to calm the mind, focus on the now and to connect with your true self! WHAT TO WEAR & BRING
